Payroll files
When you select a CSV in the Report Builder, the file is read and processed entirely within your browser tab, on your device. It is not uploaded to any server, not stored in any database, and not transmitted to us or to any third party. Closing the tab removes the data from the page completely. This is a property of how the tool is built, not a promise layered on top of an upload.
Reports you generate
Reports are generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device. We do not receive a copy, and we cannot recover one for you — if you need a report again, re-run the builder with your file.
Accounts and payment
When passes and subscriptions go on sale, payment will be handled on a hosted checkout page operated by the payment provider. Your card details will be handled by that provider and will never be entered into, or stored on, this site.
Contact form
Messages sent through the contact page are delivered to our inbox by email. Do not include payroll files or employee-level data in a message — the builder exists precisely so that data never needs to travel.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited. Analytics never include the contents of any file you open in the builder — the browser does not send them anywhere, including to us.
